I have known Tina for a little over 11 years and have worked under her leadership at Bottom Line Property Management Company. I watched her overhaul the entire financial area including, accounting, delinquency, eviction management and utilities department. During the 2020 pandemic, delinquency was at its highest, but Tina worked with residents to get financial assistance so investors could get paid and they remained in their home once the eviction moratorium ended. Her tenacity to reduce delinquency was #1 and the processes put in place kept things running consistently and we had a solid team.
